PERSPECTIVE OF MOLECULAR BIOLOGICAL TECHNIQUES APPLIED IN MICROBIOLOGICAL DIVERSITY AND MICROBIOLOGICAL ECOLOGY
Abstract:With the development of molecular biotechnology,great changes have been taken place in the research area of microbiological diversity and microbiological ecology. In this article, the bases of the theory of the molecular biotechnology application, such as the three domain theory and 16S rDNA marker of microorganism were expounded which improved the research area of phylogenetic relationships of microorganism. Also some of the molecular biotechnologies, such as PCR and the series of DNA hybridization applied in microbiological genetic diversity were introduced. With the application of the molecular biotechnology, the research area of microorganism such as the analysis of distribution and diversity of the microorganism in variant environments, the classification and identification of the microorganism. In the end, a new perspective on the application of molecular biotechnology was advanced to explore the ecological behavior of nitrobacteria in deferent environments. Fig 2, Ref 20
