自絮凝颗粒酵母酒精连续发酵过程精馏废液循环回用工艺的研究

摘    要:以玉米粉双酶法制备的糖化液为底物,采用酵母细胞自絮凝形成颗粒作为细胞固定化方法在有效容积1.5 L小型悬浮床生物反应器中研究了不同酒精精馏废液循环比条件下的连续发酵工艺过程,并探讨了酒精精馏废液“全循环”的可行性.研究结果表明:虽然产生了比较强的副产物抑制效应,但该工艺能够稳定操作,为酒精发酵行业彻底解决废液污染问题提供了一条简便、可行的工艺路线

Abstract:Continuous fermentation of corn material using self flocculating yeast cells as an immobilization method at different ethanol distilled effluent recycling ratios was experimentally studied. The feasibility of the complete recycling of ethanol distilled effluent was discussed for further large scale utilization. Thus a simple and feasible method of solving distilled effluent pollution was presented for ethanol fermentation industry.
