摘    要:研究了红柳、梭梭、沙拐3种固沙植物的根际和根外土壤微生物数量、组成、生理群微生物及土壤养分。结果表明:这3种固沙植物具有较强的根际正效应,其R/S在1.69-75.24之间,以梭梭的根际效应最大,沙拐枣其次,红柳最小,固沙植物的种植显著增加了微生物数量,促进有机质的积累和植物有效养分的转化,有利于流沙的成土发育。表7参9

Abstract:The microbial amount, composition, physiological groups and soil nutrients of rhizospheric and non-rhizospheric soil of sand-fixing plants, Haloxylon ammodendron(Mey.) Bunge, Calligonum mongolicum Tursz. and Tamarix ramosissima Iedeb were studied in the central Taklimakan Desert with artificial vegetation irrigated by saline water. The results indicated that growing sand fixing plants could improve ecological environment, increase the amount and activity of rhizospheric and non-rhizospheric soil microorganisms, promote the accumulation of organic matters, translate available plant nutrients and enhance the form of blown sand soil. The numbers of soil microbes and soil physiological groups and soil nutrients in the rhizosphere were higher than those of non-rhizosphere and all the sand-fixing plants could exert a marked rhizosphere effect. R/S values were from 1.69 to 75.24. The efficiency of rhizosphere from high to low was H. ammodendron(Mey.)Bunge>C. mongolicum Tursz.>T. ramosissima Iedeb. Tab 7, Ref 9
