Abstract:The concentration and composition of 16 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) on the US EPA prio pollutant list in 20 outdoor dust samples were determined. The results showed that the concentration of EPAHs in dust samples from three different function area of Xinxiang City were between 124 and 1 669 p,g/kg(dw). Although ~PAHs in the park area dust were lower than both in the difference among these dust samples collected form the indicated that the primary PAHs source in outdoor dus analysis showed that most samples were assembled, which living area and the industrial park, there was no significant three function areas respectively.
