| Abstract: | The development of low-carbon economy require more on industry structure adjustmen. Recent Tianjin industry structure does not satisfy the requirements of low-carbon economy. Through the incremental control and stock adjustment, by gradually ＂reduce industrialization ＂ and ＂ down heavy industrialization＂ ,it can come true to reduce or ＂unlock ＂ the ＂ carbon lock-in＂ effect of industrial structure, and in the future to explore a new way of industrial structure of low-carbon. |
