| Abstract: | The paper analyzes theory base on cleaner production,such as:the material basis,value basis and economic basis.And also discussed the differences between cleaner production and the traditional end-of-pipe technologies.The paper finally proves that cleaner production is a'win-win' strategy both for environment and economy and is a powerful measure for sustainable development. |
