脱色酶和优势菌混合固定化降解染料的研究

摘    要:本文对分离到的脱色优势菌DN1的脱色酶特性进行了研究,将脱色酶与苯胺降解菌混合固定化处理染料废水,结果表明,脱色酶在厌氧条件下对染料的脱色效果好,最适条件为37℃,pH7.0;固定化酶相比粗酶液有更高的活性,对温度、pH、氧的要求范围较宽;混合固定化降解染料,脱色率及苯胺降解率分别大于80%和90%。

Abstract:The decoloring-enzyme characterization of isolated superior strain ND1 was studied and the enzyme mixed with anilinedegrading strain was immobilized to treat dye waste. The result showed that the decoloringenzyme degraded dye more efficiently under anaerobic condition with its optimum condition at 37 and pH7.0. The immobilizedenzyme had higher activity than crude enzyme with broad suitable range of temperature, pH and oxygen.The degradation rates of dye & aniline by mixed immobilization were higher than 80% and 90%, respectively.
