Environmental Administration Program Management and Project Management

From deeply analyzing the connotation of environmental administration,this paper advances some theories about establishing the awareness of project management,strengthening the concept of project management and expounding the role and position of project management in environmental administration.In this sense,this paper also approaches the relation between environmental administration and project management and sets forth the main sectors of the management of the environmental protection projects in order to find the ways to raise the efficiency of environmental administration.
