摘    要:研究了金属负载活性炭催化剂在常温常压下催化氧化处理吡啶硫酮锌(ZPT)废水的技术,在探讨影响催化氧化效果诸因素的基础上,确定出中和预处理、后接两级催化氧化处理该废水的工艺流程,该流程的COD的去除率最高可达92%,处理出水达到国家污水综合排放标准二级指标。

Abstract:A new heterogeneous metal catalyst was developed using highly porous activated carbon as the catalyst support. The conditions for treating ZPT wastewater were experimentally optimized and the technological process of two grades catalytic oxidation was designed to promote the oxidation of chlorinated pyridine in ZPT wastewater. The results showed that removal efficiencies of COD in ZPT wastewater were over 90%. A comprehensive technological process for ZPT wastewater treatment was developed.
