城镇粪便无害化处理资源化利用示范工程流水线

经国内外粪便处理方案比较遴选，研制成我为第一条粪便无害化处理资源化利用工程流水线，工程流水线利用絮凝剂的中和作用和桥连作用完成了粪便的液固分离，固丰经进一步脱水，膨化造粒制成颗粒肥料，液相在水处理系统经好，嫌氧发酵，可溶性有机物进一步降解，使ＢＯＤ，ＣＯＤ不断下降达安全排放。

Demonstrative Technological Process for Harmless disposal of Excrements and Resource Utilization in Towns and Cities

Through comparison between various schemes in excrement disposal both in China and abroad,we successfully made our own first technological process for disposal of excrements and resource utilization. The process adopted in the demenstrative project includes neutralization and bridging function of the coagulator for the purpose of liquid-solid separation for excrements.Through further dehydration,swelling and granulation the solid part is used to make granulated fertilizer.As for the liquid part, through aerobic and anaerobic treatment in the water treatment system, soluable organic materials as BOD and COD were reduced to safe discharge.The process is suitable for the condition of our country with prominent ecological and social benefits and extensive prospect in towns and villages of the countryside.
