| 摘 要： | 进入新世纪后,我国青少年犯罪出现许多新情况,表现出许多新的特点,究其原因不外乎两个方面:一是客观原因,二是主观原因,因此为了减少和遏止青少年犯罪,必须采取对策进行有效的预防和治理.

| Abstract: | After entering new century,the teenagers of our country crime presents a lot of new situation,demonstrate a lot of new characteristics,whether it traces it to its cause to be nothing more than two.First,objective cause,second,subjective reason,so commit crime in order to reduce and check teenagers,must adopt the countermeasure and carry on effective prevention and administration. |
