摘    要:采用彗星试验检测了区域水源有机污染对人血淋巴细胞的致突变性,探讨了水源风险的评价方法.结果表明:Cr(VI)对人外周血淋巴细胞有强的致突变作用,并具有明显的剂量-效应关系;Cr(VI)剂量的对数与人外周血淋巴细胞DNA损伤的程度呈线性相关.可以用Cr(VI)作为阳性参照物量化表征水中有机污染混合物对人血淋巴细胞的致突变性.现行《地表水环境质量标准》、《污水综合排放标准》中Cr(VI)的限值可以用于评价水体中有机污染对人体健康的风险.

Abstract:The risk assessment on water resource has been studied using comet assay to detect the mutagenic threshold of organic pollutants in typical water area to human peripheral blood lymphocytes. The results suggests that Cr(VI) has a strong mutagenic dose-dependent effect to human peripheral blood lymphocytes. The logarithm of Cr(VI) dose is linear to the level of DNA damage of human peripheral blood lymphocytes. Cr(VI) can be regarded as a standard mutagenic substance to measure the mutagenic possibility of organic water pollutant to human peripheral blood lymphocytes. Furthermore, according to the standard threshold of Cr(VI) in"Underground Water Environment Quality Standard"and"Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard", the risk assessment of organic water pollutant to the water quality and human health can be evaluated
