Abstract:Biological monitoring of pollutants is important in risk assessment.Glutathione-S-transferase(GST),ethoxyresorufin-O-deethylase(EROD),DNA-adducts in liver and PAH metabolites(FAC) in bile were used as effective and sensitive biomarkers to the biological monitoring of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs) in aquatic environment.The natural variability of biomarkers influenced the amount of sample in detection.In this paper,the biological monitoring results of PAHs in recent ten years' references were evalua...
