固相微萃取-气相色谱/质谱联用法测定饮用水中苯类化合物

摘    要:用固相微苹取(SPME)-气相色谱/质谱联用法测定饮用水中苯类化合物,以100μm PDMS(聚二甲基硅氧烷)萃取针提取、浓缩、分离与测定九种目标化合物.萃取时间经优化选定为8min,而热解析时间设定为2min. 本方法的相对标准偏差小于5%,线性范围宽(20ng·ml-1-10000ng·ml-1),多数化合物的检测限低于5μg·l-1.饮用水样品检测显示,样品加标回收率范围在84%至110%内.

Abstract:This paper presents determination of phenyl compounds in drinking water by solid phase microextraction(SPME)technique coupled with capillary gas chromatography.Headspace system has been used to optimize the extraction parameters.The extraction fiber coated with 100μm PDMS was selected to extract the related 9 target compounds.Extraction time was optimized and set at 8 min,while 2 min was chosen to be the thermal desorption time.Relative standard deviation(RSD) of the analytical method was found to be less than 5%,wide linear range was reached and limit of detection was less than 5 ng*ml-1 for most of the 9 analytes.Drinking water samples were tested,recovery range for the spiked samples was from 84% to 110%.GC/MSD was employed to finish qualitative study.It ends up with the conclusion that SPME is a fast,simple,solvent-free,sensitive and powerful technique to extract and determine phenyl compounds in drinking water.
