摘    要:用~(32)P后标记法,HPLC及PEI·TLC同谱层析等方法对DNA-苯醌(BQ)加合物进行了研究,并对其中一个主要加合物进行了碱基定位,确证该斑点系BQ与分子DNA上的2′-脱氧-3′-磷酸胞嘧啶作用形成的加合物(dC-BQ加合物)。

Abstract:The major adduct of DNA-BQ and 2 -deoxycytidine-benzoquinone formed in vitro reaction has been confirmed as(3-hydroxy)-3, N4-benzethe-no-2'-deoxvcytidine-3'-phosphate by the combination of the super-high sensitive nuclease P1 mediated 32P-postlabelling version, HPLC enrichment and co-chromatography with dC-BQ adduct compound, It has been shown that the major one, which accounts for more than 70% of the total radioactivities of DNA-BQ adducts detected, is from the deoxycytidine (dC) modified by benzoquinone.
