摘    要:采用凝胶(Sephadex G-75)色谱、荧光光谱和红外光谱法研究了污泥堆肥的HA和FA在堆制前后的组成与结构特征变化.凝胶色谱分析表明,污泥经过63d堆腐后,HA中大分子组分含量明显提高;而FA则由不同分子量物质组成,其中小分子量物质占主要部分,在堆腐以后,FA中大分子物质含量下降30%,小分子量物质含量则相对增加.同时,荧光光谱、红外光谱的结果表明:随着污泥堆肥的进行,HA中有机物不饱和结构的多聚化或联合程度增大,芳香结构物质含量增加;但经过堆制的FA具有更多的结构简单的低分子量物质和更低的芳构化水平.

Abstract:Humic acid (HA)and fulvic acid (FA)before and after sewage sludge composting were extracted from the compost pile and purified by dialysis bag HA and FA were further fractionated using sephadex G 75 permeation chromatography in term of molecular size and determined for spectroscopic characterization with FT IR and fluorescence spectra It was found that HA was dominated by relative high molecular size fraction while FA by low molecular size as indicated by the breakthrough curve through the column packed with sephadex G 75 Furthermore,after sludge composting for 63days,the relative high molecular size fraction in HA was greatly increased composed to raw sewage sludge before composting In the contrast ,the fraction of relative high molecular weight in FA decreased by 30%,and the fraction of low molecular fraction slight ly increased during domposting The changes in fluorescence and FT IR spectra for HA and FA indicated that polycondensation and conjugation of the unsaturated structures and the content of aromatic compounds in HA increased during sewage sludge composting,while aromatization degree in FA,and simple organic molecular fraction in FA increased
