摘    要:建立了甲磺酸帕珠沙星中甲烷磺酸的离子色谱分析方法.选用亲水性的阴离子交换柱IonPac ASl8作分析柱,在线淋洗液发生器产生的KOH为淋洗液,等度淋洗,电导检测,在10min内完成甲烷磺酸分析.结果表明,在0.7-140mg·l-1范围内线性良好(r2=0.9998),样品峰面积的RSD为0.494%(n=7),回收率为107.2%.方法简便、快速、基体干扰小,可在甲磺酸帕珠沙星产品的检验中发挥重要作用.

Abstract:A analytical method for the determination of methanesulfonic acid(MSA)in pazufloxacin mesylate pro-duct was developed by ion chromatography(IC).The determination of MSA was achieved on hydrophilic ion exchange column IonPac AS18 with KOH as eluent,and the detection was performed by a conductivity detection mode.The calibration graph of peak area for MSA was linear in the large ranges.The recovery of added standard was 107.2%.RSD of the peak area of MSA was 0.494%(n=7).The results indicated that the method was simple,rapid,accurate and sensitive for determination of MSA in the sample of pazufloxacin(mesylate).
