摘    要:测定了24个取代苯胺和苯酚类化合物在不同PH下对大型蚤的24h半数抑制浓度24h-IC50。结果表明,苯胺类的毒性随PH的升高而增大,酚类的毒性随PH的升高而减小。

Abstract:The toxicities (24-IC50) of 24 substituted anilines and phenols to Daphina magna were measured at different pH (6. 0, 7. 8,9. 0). The results showed that the toxicities of anilines increased with pH, whereas the toxicities of phenols decreased with pH. The effect of pH on phenols toxicities increased as pKa decreased and pH has significant effect on the toxicities of phenols with lower pKa. For instance, pentaphenol toxicity at pH=6. 0 is 45. 71 times as that at pH =9. 0. The toxic mechanisms of substituted anilines and phenols were discussed preliminarily on the basis of the measured data.
