从经济、军事和生态三个角度分析了保护塔里木河下游绿色走廊的必要性,概括了该区域的生态环境现状,即河水矿化度升高、地下水位下降从而导致植被的退化和沙漠化加剧的问题。最后提出了以水资源合理利用为前提和中心的治理对策。

The Current Ecological Enviorenment of The Green Corridor at The Lower Reaches of The Tarim River and Harness Countermeasures

This paper analyses the necessity and importance of protecting the Green Corridor at lower reaches of the Tarim river from three perspectives of economic, military and ecological significance. Further, this thesis points out the main expressions of current ecological environmental deterioration of the Green Corridor at lower reaches of the Tarim river, for example, the mineralization of the Tarim river; the level of the underground water decreases, which leads to the increasing degeneration and desertification of vegetation. Finally, some harness countermeasures which focus the utilization of water resources are provided in this paper.
