| 摘 要： | 随着新疆工业化进程的加快，工业发展与环境保护之间的矛盾将日益突出。根据新疆工业现状、发展趋势及区域环境特点，全面分析阐述了二者之间的矛盾特征，提出以开展清洁生产为切入点，协调新疆工业经济发展与环境保护关系的对策、措施。并对新疆如何推行清洁生产提出了一些建议。

| Abstract: | With the great step forward in Xingjiang's industrialization,the conflict between environmental protection and development comes into being more and more outstanding.After studying the industrial status and the developmental tendency and the areal environment trait,firstly we analyze the conflict characteristic between them in this paper,then make suggestions about how to work them in perfect harmony by way of Cleaner-production,finally give some advice on how to advance Cleaner-production. |
