| Abstract: | As the state organic food development pilot region, Xingjiang government puts forward the developing aim of establishing state advantage area of organic food development. The paper suggested that the organic food development planning should focus on the contents of guiding ideology and carrying out principles, the emphasis industries and implementing measures as well as marketing planning and guaranteeing system. |
