| Abstract: | According to relative law and technical regulations of water and soil conservation,the article discusses the relative regulations of organizing water and soil conservation plan of development and construction projects and main working contents of water and soil conservation,in order to propagandize the laws and regulations of water and soil conservation and develop the work of Xinjiang water and soil conservation,specially in working of water and soil conservation plan of development and construction projects,to provide the information in order to improve water and soil conservation consciousness of all round in social. |
