The problems of global warming aroused by greenhouse gas emission may be more severe. CDM is an important international cooperation system of carbon reduction not only for developed countries but for developing countries under the frame of Kyoto Protocol. Developing countries may obtain financial and advanced technology supports about energy saving and emission reduction by participating in CDM projects, which would hasten national economy and environment sustainable development.
