| 摘 要： | 乌鲁木齐市冬季大气污染十分严重。近几年来，市委、市政府采取了许多措施，但大气环境质量改善的成效并不十分突出。笔者分析了近几年乌鲁木齐市大气治理工作中存在的问题，在此基础上提出了一些解决问题的对策对建议。
