| Abstract: | This thesis gives a brief introduction of the steps how to estimate the uncertainty in electric sector, and for low-temperature test proficiency testing program （program No.： CNAS T0346）, identifies and evaluates the factors may significantly influence the measured value, describes the sources arise from person,equipment,sample,mathed and measurment, then calculates the contribution and reports the uncertainty for low-temperature test. |
