摘    要:随着空调的发展,开关电源、可控硅及相关非线性器件的大量应用,一方面提高了人们对电能的利用效率;另一方面,非线性的电能转换又在电网中引入了大量谐波电流。作为对电网质量的控制及维护人体健康,我国相继出版了两个标准:GB17625.1《电磁兼容限值低压电气及电子设备发出的谐波电流限值(设备每相输入电流≤16A)》及GB17625.2《电磁兼容限值对额定电流不大于16A的设备在低压供电系统中产生的电压波动和闪烁的限值》(此两标准分别等同于IEC61000-3-2和IEC61000-3-3)。从标准号看,均为强制性标准,特别是在我国开展的强制性产品认证中,有相当一部分电气和电子产品需要进行谐波电流的发射测试,所以值得各相关企业特别注意。本文主要分析了其危害性、起因、对策。

Abstract:Along with the development of the air conditioner,the switch power supply,thyristor and non-linear parts were applied widely.The on one hand,the power factor has been improved efficiency.The on the other hand,non-linear electic-energy convertor inject abundant harmonic current to the power network.As the quality controlling and the health vindicating,China has successively published two standards:GB17625.1 Electromagnetic compatibility(EMC)-part 3-2:Limits-Limits for harmonic current emissions(Equipment input current=16A per phase)"and "GB17625.2 Electromagnetic compatibility(EMC)-Limits-Limitation of voltage changes,valtage fluctuations and flicker in public low-voltage supply systems-for equipmentwithrated current=16Aper phase and subject to conditional connection".These are identical with IEC61000-3-2 and IEC61000-3-3.It showed that the harmonic current test is carried out in the many electronic and electrical products which had to get approval on 3C certification EMC test.It is worthwhile to pay special attention to the relevant companies.The papermainly analyse of it's dangers,causes and solutions.
