摘    要:舰船冲击试验为破坏性试验。由于冲击的持续时间短并且能量释放剧烈,在测试的过程中经常出现信号丢失、过载或零漂现象,极大的影响了测量数据的可靠性。通过对冲击测量过程中产生的零漂现象进行原因分析,从而提高测量信号的有效性。

Analysis on Zero Drift Problem in Ship Shock Measurement Based on GJB 150
Abstract:The ship shock test is subversive for equipment. The situation that the testing signal missing, overload and zero drift phenomenon often occurs in the process of the ship shock test, duo to the impact of short duration and energy release acute. As a result, it greatly affects the testing result of the measurement data. This paper collects the acceleration signal in the process of shock test and analysis the possible reason, so as to improve the effectiveness of the measure data.
