设备公路运输振动研究

摘    要:设备的公路运输是设备使用的重要环节,在运输过程中,因为设备的振动给设备的运输和使用带了极大的安全隐患。本文针对某型广泛使用的三轴载重汽车,建立设备在运输过程中的七自由度车辆运输振动模型,采用Simulink仿真方式,对设备在公路运输过程振动特性进行研究,分析在不同速度与不同等级公路条件下设备的振动情况,为设备的公路运输提供参考意见。

Abstract:The highway transportation of a equipment is an important part of the equipment application. During the transportation process, the vibration of equipment brings great security risks to the equipment. This paper builds vehicle vibration model of the equipment with seven degrees of freedom during transportation process for three axle truck which widely used, uses Simulink to simulate the method, and analyses the vibration characteristic of the equipment, which focuses on different speed and road roughness condition, and gives some suggestions based on the result.
