摘    要:本文研究了普通轿车变速箱油冷器连接管路的典型失效模式。通过采集实车振动谱,采用快速傅立叶变换成PSD图谱并分析频域特点,选择特征点能量修正试验台架规范的输入,从而复现失效模式达到充分验证的目的。

Research on Vibration Test Method Based on Failure of Transmission Oil Line

Abstract:The paper is about the typical failure mode of vehicle transmission oil line. Vibration characteristics has been obtained through vehicle road test. And through Fourier transform,PSD frequency spectrum has been obtained, based on that the input data of test bench has been modified. The test results indicate that failure mode of transmission oil line can be simulated well.
