| 摘 要： | 本文通过大型电子系统可靠性试验设计方法,功能、性能参数、可靠性指标的相关性研究,提出了一种新型的基于大型电子系统小型化抽样试验的紧缩系统试验方法。并对该方法进行了工程应用研究与验证试验,证明了紧缩系统试验方法的实用性和科学性。

| Abstract: | The design method of reliability test for large-scale electronics system is studied in as well as the correlation among the function parameter, performance reduced system test method is proposed based on the small sampling parameter and experiment for reliability this paper, index. A new large-scale electronics system. Finally, the engineering application is performed to prove this new method is both practical and scientific. |
