低氟聚氨酯泡沫塑料在冷库保温上的应用

摘    要:聚氨酯(以下简称PU)泡沫塑料喷涂发泡采取低氯氟烃(以下简称低氟)发泡配方与工艺,即配方中降低CFC发泡剂50%--60%的用量,以水代替其发泡。试验结果表明,用本配方及工艺实施的泡沫保温层各种性能良好,保持了传统单纯采用氯氟烃发泡剂的聚氨酯泡沫的优异性能,施工工艺简单、可靠,对环境友好。

Abstract:Spraying and foaming of polyurethane (short form in PU) foamed plastics have been adopted by using a lower CFCs (short form in lower fluorine) foaming formulation and process, i.e., to decrease the weight of 50% - 60% CFC blowing agent in the formulation, blowing agent is partly substituted by water. As a result of the test shows that various performance is better when using the present formulation and process to be carried out foaming to form the thermal isolated layer. It has been kept an excellent performance of that as same as it is traditionally adopted only using CFC blowing agent of PU foam too. Simply to process, reliably and environment - friendly.
