| 摘 要： | 高加速寿命试验（HALT）是一种新兴技术，它使用在产品的设计阶段，用于快速暴露产品的缺陷和薄弱环节。本文介绍了HALT的优点，典型的HALT过程及HAST项目；对HAST项目中的温度步进应力，6自由度随机振动，快速温度变换，温度与振动综合试验等方法进行了详细描述。

| Abstract: | Highly Accelerated Life Test(HALT) is an emerging technology, it is performed during design to find the weak reliability links in the product.This paper intrduces the merits of HALT, and describes the typical HALT process and items. The paper also describes detailedly the HALT items of temperature step stress, rapid temperature transitions, 6 degree of freedom random vibration and combined environment of temperature and vibration. |
