| 摘 要： | 由于我国特有的高原环境气候，电工电子产品和设备受雷电、污秽与凝露的影响，性能有较大的变化，本标准的要求目的在于增强电工电子产品和设备在高原雷电、污秽与凝露条件下的适应性能，提高电工电子产品和设备在高原特殊环境条件下的可靠性水平，规范生产、配套和使用行为准则。

| Abstract: | The performance of electric and electronic products is notably influenced by lighting, pollution and condensation due to specific high altitude in China. This standard is set to require better performance of electric and electronic products under the adverse conditions of lighting, pollution and condensation, meanwhile enhancing greater reliability with more standardized producing, matching and using criterion. |
