电晕极振打的理论模型及振动加速度的分析研究

摘    要:电晕极是静电收尘器主要工作部分,其振动加速度的大小与直接影响收尘器的工作效率。本文建立了电收器电晕极振打清灰系统的理论模型,并对电晕极振打加速度进行了分析,研究的清灰系统中振动架质量、支承弹簧、电晕极、及拉紧弹簧等式构件对电晕极振动加速度的影响。提出了提高旋伞静电收尘器电晕极清灰效果的措施。

Abstract:the electronic rod is the main part of the precipitator the cleaning efficiency of the electric rod cleaner of cyclone umbrella precipitator has great built up the theoretical model of the vibration the cleaning system of the electric bar and analysis the vibration acceleration. This paper has study the effects of parameters of the departments to the vibration acceleration. It also has given the methods to enhance the electric rod cleaner efficiency.
