机载设备快速减压试验技术研究

摘    要:近几年国内外相继发生了多起民航客机因机舱失压而造成的事故,产生了十分严重的后果.本文从机载设备环境适应性的角度出发,分析了快速减压环境产生的原因、失效模式、失效机理,并提出了预防措施;对几种快速减压试验标准进行了对比分析,提出改进建议.最后介绍了快速减压环境模拟技术.

Abstract:In recent years,many serious flight accidents have happened caused by losing pressure of cabin.From the point of view of environmental adaptability,this paper analysed the cause of rapid decompression environment,and the failure phenomina and mechanism of airborne equipment were discussed.Secondly,the paper analysed some test standards of rapid decompression,and gave some modifing proposals.Finally,some laboratory simulated technologies of rapid decompression test were introduced.
