芍陂环境资源调查与综合开发对策

芍陂作为我国最大、最古老的陂塘蓄水工程,素有"天下第一塘"之称,但由于各种原因,目前正面临着水量减少、库面萎缩、水体污染、生物资源衰竭等生态环境问题.在对芍陂水利、生物、旅游文化、矿产等环境资源调查分析的基础上,提出了在水利、生态、旅游、矿业等方面的综合开发对策,这对展示古塘风貌,发展区域经济具有积极意义.

Investigation and Comprehensive Exploitation Measures of Shaobei Environmental Resources

As the biggest and oldest water conservancy project of China,Shaobei won the honor of "the first pond of China".However,due to different reasons,the reservoir was now facing various kinds of ecological problems,such as the reduction of water amount,shrink of water area,pollution of water,exhaustion of biological resources and so on.Based on the investigation and analysis of water conservancy,living beings,tourism culture,mineral resources in this area,this article put forward some measures for comprehensive exploitation of this area,which would do good to display the old reservoir and develop regional economy.
