| 摘 要： | 可持续发展思想是目前人类生存发展，以及正确处理人地关系的最高指导思想，深刻理解并把这一思想贯彻到人类生产生活中十分重要。阐述了可持续发展思想的起源、内涵，并以此为指导进一步论述了可持续发展与资源开发利用在区域发展中的作用及其相互关系。

| Abstract: | Nowadays,the idea of sustainable development was the leading idea of the living and development of human beings,it told people how to deal with the relationship between humans and the earth.We should understand this idea deeply and try to carry it out in our living and production.This thesis expatiated on the source,concept,and the meaning of the idea of sustainable development. Further more,it explained the relationship between economic development and the exploitation,utilization and protection of resources in one region. |
