| 摘 要： | 根据攀西地区的现状,在水利工程建设过程中配套推广先进的输、用水体系和田间灌溉技术,建立健全科学的用水管理机构,合理调整农作物结构,引导攀西农业向节水型农业发展具有重要的战略意义。它不仅可以有效地提高水利工程效率、供水保证率和水资源有效利用率,扩大灌溉面积,形成一套科学、先进的农业基础体系,还可节约大量资金,更大限度地发挥资源效益
