| 摘 要： | 农村剩余劳动力的产生有其特定的背景和原因,同时也与"三农"问题息息相关,农村剩余劳动力问题长期受到学术界的关注。在计算安徽省六安市剩余劳动力存量的基础上,采用灰色关联分析方法,对影响六安市农村剩余劳动力的因素进行分析,并结合区域实际情况,探讨由剩余劳动力过多所产生的一系列问题,提出剩余劳动力转移的对策。

| Abstract: | There were certain backgrounds and reasons for causing rural surplus labor force.The rural surplus labor force was related to "three-dimensional rural"problems,and was concerned by academia.Basing on calculating the amount of surplus labor force and using gray relevant method,this article analyzed the cause of Lu'an surplus labor force,and discovered a series of problem aroused by surplus labor force.Finally,this article proposed how to transfer the surplus labor force with the actual situation in Lu'an. |
