| 摘 要： | 总体产业结构和海洋产业结构的发展演进呈现出不同的规律性.运用三轴图法对比分析1992-2009总体产业和海洋产业结构的演进规律及我国总体产业和海洋产业的发展情况,在此基础上探讨促进总体产业结构和海洋产业结构演进的主导因素,为产业政策的制订提供科学依据.

| Abstract: | The evolution of general industrial structure and marine industrial structure showed different regulations.Based on the analysis of these regulations with the method of three-axis graph,this paper attempted to study the main factors which proved the evolution above.The results were as follows:There were big inprovements on GDP both of the whole industry and marine industry;the whole industrial structure evolved from the left-round,the marine industrial structure evolved from the right round;the main promoting industrial composition were different between them;the order of three industry could not sufficiently prove that the industrial structure stepped in the high-class level and government industrial policy orientation,etc. |
