我国农村居民点整理潜力测算方法研究进展

农村居民点整理是我国农村土地整理的重要内容之一，已成为当前土地整理工作的重要组成部分，引起众多学者的关注。在阅读大量相关文献资料的基础上，结合近年来我国农村居民点整理研究现状，针对其中的农村居民点整理潜力及其测算方法这一技术问题进行了简要综述，并就存在的问题及未来的发展趋势进行了探讨。该研究不但有助于农村居民点整理工作的开展，而且可完善其理论研究。

Progress in Study of Calculation Methods for Potentiality of Rural Residential Area Consolidation in China

Land consolidation of rural residential area was an important content of land consolidation, and became an important part of current land consolldation,so it caught more and more attentions from many researchers in recent years. This paper,on the basis of a lot of readings on the related literatures and the present conditions of land consolidation of rural residential area in recent years, summarized its progress of calculation methods for the potentiality, and put forward some opinions on problems in calculation methods and future develop ment trend. The study did not only promote the rural residential area consolidation work,but also develop theoretic study.
