农用地节约集约利用评价指标体系研究

农用地在国民经济建设中占据了重要的地位，针对现阶段我国农用地节约集约评价的空白，阐述了选取评价指标原则及方法，采用层次分析法建立了由3个子系统、6个二级指标和系列评价指标构成的农用地节约集约利用评价指标体系；在指标体系基础上进行了评价方法的研究，提出了指标权重、标准值的确定方法和节约集约度计算方法。

Study on Indexes system of Rural Land Saving and Intensive Use Assessment

Agricultural land played an important role in the construction of national economy.Based on the gap of agricultural saving and intensive use in our country,this paper explained the principles and methods of selecting indexes.Besides,it also established an indictor system for assessment agricultural land saving and intensive use,which included 3 subsystems,6 targets and the series mini ones by AHP.Furthermore,based on the system,this paper also studied the assessment way and proposed the target weight,the standard value defined method and the saving and intensive value's computational method as well.
