| 摘 要： | 本文提出了以区域持续发展的能力作为区域生态环境预警的综合指标,进一步用承载力、稳定性、缓冲力、生产力和调控力作为衡量区域持续发展的能力。选取生态、环境和社会经济指标对区域生态环境质量进行评价,以及对经济发展的协调性和适应性进行分析,作出判断和预警,并讨论了区域生态环境预警的综合方法。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the development of early warning on ecological and environmental issues.Regional sus- tainable development ability is used as a comprehensive index for the early warning on regional ecological and envi- ronmental issues.It is take the indicators,such as carrying capacity,stability,bearing capacity,productivity and regulation ablity,as the indexes of the potential of regional sustainable development,and thus to evaluate and pre- dict the harmonizability and adaptability of regional ecological and environmental qualities to the economic develop- ment,so as to recommend the measures to be taken for enhancing the potential of regional sustainable develop- ment,adjusting the social and economic policies,and improving the structure of the natural environment.The methods of early warning on regional ecological and environmental issues are also discussed. |
