摘    要:紫苏是一种具有很高利用价值的食药两用植物,日益成为国内外医疗保健、食品、化工领域的研究热点。介绍了紫苏的形态特征、固有的营养价值及各部分器官的研究现状,展望了紫苏今后的研究发展方向。

This article introduced its shape characterisfic, inherent nutritional value and the present research of each part of the organs, and forecasted the research direction.
