西安市生态经济系统的能值分析与发展评估

运用能值理论与方法,分析了西安2000-2005年的人口承载量、人均能值、能值投入率、能值货币比率、电力能值比、环境负荷率、净能值产出率和可持续发展指数8个指标及其变化趋势,并与其他国家和地区的相关指标进行比较研究.结果表明,西安市经济发展主要是依赖当地资源,能值自给率达93.35%,人口数量已经超出环境承载量,未来加强优势资源的开发、引进外界资源、控制人口规模、转变经济增长方式、减少与防治污染才是实现其持续性发展的必由之路.

Emergy Evaluation and Assessment of Sustainable Development on Eco-economic System of Xi'an City

Based on emergy analysis,changes and trends of 9 indicators in Xi'an from 2000-2005 were gotten,such as population carrying capacity,emergy per capita,emergy density,emergy investment ratio,emergy dollar ratio,fiction of emergy used from electricity,the environmental loading ratio,emergy yield ratio and ESI.And a quandadve and compacitive research was carried out by comparing different countries and districts to Xi'an.The results showed that the development of economy and society in Xi'an mostly depended on the utilization of the local resource from 2000 to 2005,and its self-support ratio of emergy was 93.35%.The quantity of population was far higher than limits that the environment could hold,the environmental wastes were so severe,the index of sustainable development was quite high(the high index showed that the level of territorial development was low) that Xi'an was always in the undeveloped area.At the present,our mission was to strengthen the development of preponderant resource introduced the outside resource,control the size of population,change the rised mode of economy,reduce and prevent the pollution of environment, all the countermeasures were ways for sustainabe and economical development in Xi'an City.
