| 摘 要： | 在阐明环境保护投资与环境污染治理投资关系的基础上,以湖南2003-2008年环境污染治理投资的状况为研究对象,从环境污染治理的投资规模、投资使用方向、投资水平等方面进行分析.结果显示,湖南环境污染治理投资总额不足、人均投资额低、投资使用方向受环保政策影响大.湖南需加大环境污染治理投资力度,保持环保政策的连贯性和前瞻性以优化投资使用方向.
