| 摘 要： | 从可持续发展理念出发,寻找可持续发展与节能减排的结合方式。从宏观角度将国内各地区作为开展节能减排成效评价的基本单位,从不同的角度对节能减排各项指标进行了分类。结合国内外节能减排的实践,拟订了评价指标体系,在此基础上运用超效率数据包络模型探讨了社会协同地区的节能减排评价模式。

| Abstract: | This research set out from theories of sustainable development,seeking the combining way of sustainable development,energy saving and contaminant reduction.By comparing the potential scales,it selected chinese regions as the basic unit of appraisement.It also classified the indicators and drew out appraisal indicator system concerning the practice of both out and at home.Super efficiency data envelopment analysis was taken on spot based on the preceding work,in order to discuss the efficient and harmonious appraisal model of urban energy saving and contaminant reduction. |
