| 摘 要： | 旅游业发展是城市经济社会发展的重要组成部分,城市发展和旅游业发展之间存在明显的推动作用,两者协调发展是城市和旅游可持续发展的关键.以安徽省的黄山市、池州市和芜湖市为例,构建相应指标,运用TOPSIS法对2008年、2009年三市旅游和城市发展的协调性进行了对比研究.结果表明,2008年、2009年芜湖市的旅游和城市发展的协调系数为分别0.6287和0.6588,黄山市为0.46450和0.4799,池州市为0.3822和0.4037,说明旅游与城市发展的协调性与城市发展水平存在一定的正向关系.城市发展水平越高,其经济部门相对齐全,旅游更能带动城市各项事业的发展,而城市各项事业的发展反过来又促进旅游的发展,城市和旅游的协调性相对较好.
