| 摘 要： | 对菝葜植物根茎中黄酮类成分进行了定量测定和定性分析.结果表明,在菝葜植物根茎中含有黄酮、黄酮醇、二氢黄酮、二氢黄酮醇等多种黄酮类化合物.以芦丁为标准品,用分光光度法测得菝葜根茎中总黄酮含量为3.36%.

| Abstract: | Flavonoids in the roots of Smilax China L were analyzed qualitatively.It was found that the roots of Smilax China L contained flavone,flavonol,dihydroflavone and dihydroflavonol etc.Total flavonoids content was also determined to be 3.36% by spectrophotometric method using rutin as standard sample. |
