北京旅游环境承载力评价及区域差异分析

随着国际大都市的建立和奥运会的举办，北京旅游业将迎来新一轮的快速发展，北京旅游环境承载力问题也更加受到重视。构建了由资源、经济设施、生态环境、文化心理及社会管理组成的旅游环境综合承载力指标体系，评价分析了北京旅游环境承载力及其区域差异，提出了提升旅游环境承载力的建议。结果表明，北京旅游环境承载力即将达到饱和；北京旅游环境承载力的区域差异十分明显，其限制性因素具有显著的区域特色。今后应加强旅游规划来进一步开发旅游资源，建立克服或回避限制性因素的可操作性旅游计划，加强区域统筹安排和生态规划，进行合理的旅游分流，实现旅游人数的区域调控，从而提升旅游环境的承载水平。

Appraisal and Regional Differential Analysis of Beijing's Tourism Environmental Carrying Capacity

Because of Beijing's establishment of a metropolitan figure and the qualification of holding the Olympic Games,Beijing's tourism was coming with a new era of fast development.The issue of Beijing's tourism environmental carrying capacity was being attached more and more importance to.This paper built an index system for tourism environmental comprehensive carrying capacity,which consisted of resources,economic facilities,ecological environment,cultural psychology and social management.Then,this paper appraised and analyzed Beijing's tourism environmental carrying capacity and its spatial difference,and put forward the main approaches to promote the carrying capacity of regional tourism. The results showed that Beijing's tourism environmental capacity was not overcharged in recent years,but it was going to be saturated,and the spatial differences of Beijing's environmental capacity were quite obvious,besides,the restrictive factors also had remarkable regional features.Henceforth,we ought to enhance the tourism planning for the purpose of further exploring the tourism resources,to build maneuverable tourism programs to overcome or avoid the restrictive factors,and to strengthen regional overall arrangement and ecological planning.Meanwhile,we should take reasonable tourism diffluence,carry out the regional regulation of tourism quantity,and consequently lift carrying capacity level of tourism environment.
